Human body is the most wonderful creation in the universe, if we understand the body mechanism we can live healthy life.
Before wake up completely observe breath, try to recollect what happened during night any dreams, what exactly happened in the dreams.
Then observe the body how we are slowly getting body conscious.
The mood in the morning has great influence rest of the day, so wake up with good mood. If you feel sleepier, have few deep breaths to get more oxygen to activate the body quickly, Use right hand give support on the floor then get out from bed to support heart.
Next first thing drink 2 or 3 glasses of water with empty stomach in the morning before drink any beverages.
If time permits do exercise if not at least do breathing exercise.
15 minutes interval need before go to bath or eat any food after any exercise.
Eat Healthy foods like porridge, whole meal bread, Noodles, Whole grain rice, Rice pudding, Fruits, Dry fruits, Dates, Sprouted grains, milk, salad and juices.
Drink plenty of water 2 to 3 liters minimum per day.
Lunch can be heavy with milk shake.
Dinner should be light and finish 3 – 4 hours before go to bed.
Dinner should be always easily digestive foods.
Select foods according to weather in winter foods need more energetic foods and summer needs more fluids.
Before drink any alcohol, drink a glass of water to avoid dehydration.
Drink a glass of milk 1 or 2 hrs after dinner.
When eat fruits preferably before meal at least 30 mins to 1 hours gap will be good.
When we feel hungry in-between meal eats dry fruits or few nuts.
If not possible drink water, digestive enzymes secretion will be dilute
Eating time should in preferably same time every day
Teeth brushing is necessary before go to bed.
In bed before go to sleep we can analyse the day, how was the day, what mistake we done, how to correct and action plan for tomorrow.
Last 30 minutes before sleep will decide the quality of sleep, so be careful about thoughts, don’t think about anything bad or sad or unwanted.
Avoid thinking about anything, just observe the breath, how we are inhaling and exhaling.
Don’t yield for any diversion, just observe the breath until fall in to sleep.
We are getting energy from not only food, from breath, Water, Sun and cosmic energy also.
Our energy has to utilize properly in right way, if we have more energy in the body for long time not been utilize. It will leads to different kind of problems.
If body need energy, it will indicate by hunger, thirsty and sleep if body has more energy stagnation will create problems psychologically, mentally and physically.
When ever we get angry, take little deep breath, observe the breath for couple of minutes.
Read some thing or watch some thing interesting or listen good music.
Never suppress any feeling, it will create lot problem in future.
Don’t need to see clock for have food or go to sleep, just watch body, act as per body requirement.
Due to heavy work for body may be need more sleep otherwise 6 to 8 hours sleep is enough for body.
If we don’t get proper sleep because of many reason like heavy dinner, stress, worries or constipation.
We can use our food like medicine, because body able to cure itself for any problems, only we need to give support.
